Now, was that a good news or a bad news?
Dosa lovers across India can either celebarte or cringe at the news that McDonald's is now coming up with a Masala Dosa Brioche. We really don't know what to make of this news, although it hints towards the fast food giant's will to interest every kind of Indian or maybe we should say they are being desperate. We say, nothing can replace the fresh, steamy masala dosa, with chutney and sambhar. What do you think? Is this going to be another McAlooTikki with a twist and a higher price?
This burger will be on the menu with the name The Masala Dosa Brioche. The patty inside the bread will be based on the 'Masala' of the Masala Dosa and the bread will be coated with molaga podi chutney mayo. The bread, Brioche is basically a special French Bread. So, all in all, this is a classic American-French-Indian attempt at capturing the fast food market once again.
Masala Dosa Brioche will soon launch with McDonald's new breakfast menu; McBreakfast. Another Indian attempt on this menu is going to be our favorite Bhurji Pao, with an American twist.
McBreakfast is going to be an Indian as well as Western Menu hence there will be other delicacies like Hash Browns, Corn Brioche and Waffles. Sounds yummy but no guarantees till the actual tasting happens. So, let's wait and watch and if you try any of these, do no forget to give us feedback.
